Where to StartThis blog probably makes most sense read in forwards chronological order rather than backwards, especially if you're new to the material; in that case, you might want to start at the beginning.
It appears that the Wordpress latex plugin has changed since I wrote these posts, and some chunks of latex that used to work no longer do so. You'll see messages saying "you must stay in inline math mode" in place of some calculations. I'll fix these as I can. Sorry!
